What is AI Analysis?
AI Analysis is a structured discovery engagement that maps current operations through an AI lens. It measures flows such as order intake, quoting, supplier communication, reconciliation and customer support step by step.
The work draws on three sources: team interviews, system records (ERP, CRM, ticket history) and real document samples. For every step we record average duration, error rate and monthly volume, so the automation gain becomes arithmetic rather than a guess.
How does AI Analysis work?
Week 1 — Discovery: 4-8 interviews with process owners; critical flows are drawn end to end.
