What kind of applications do we build?

How do we work?
Weeks 1-2 — Flow design: screens and the data model are defined; critical business rules are written down.
Weeks 3-6 — First release: enough scope goes live for real users to finish their daily work.
After that — two-week sprints add scope, integrations and automation based on feedback.
How does it talk to existing systems?
Integration with ERP, accounting, e-invoicing, WhatsApp Business and marketplace APIs is in standard scope; where no API exists we build file or email based bridges.
